Qualified 1995, been a GP in Rugby since 2007. Interests include Children and Women’s Health,
Dr D’Mello completed a Minor Operations Course in October 2014 and is now able to perform joint injections along with excisions/aspirations of minor lumps and bumps, she is also the doctors that performs cryo-therapy in the practice.
In addition to English, Dr D’Mello speaks and Understands Hindi and Urdu

Our Nursing Team
Our practice nurses are fully trained and provide general health care, dressings, removal of sutures, flu vaccinations, childhood immunisations, travel advice, ear syringing.
In association with the doctors they also run various clinics, including Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Smoking Cessation Clinics and NHS Health Checks.

Irene is our Practice Manager, she has worked in the NHS since 1990 and has an excellent knowledge of ‘surgery life’. Irene is responsible for the administration of the practice and is available for any day-to-day queries or problems you may have. Irene is also one of our NSP’s in the practice and is available to discuss any adult or child safeguarding needs that arise.

Our Reception/Administration Team are your first point of contact and will help with any queries you have and make appointments. They will help you as much as possible but cannot give any medical advice.
They also act as patient chaperones when required, they also undertake registering new patients, insurance and miscellaneous forms, health promotion call and recall, maternity data, target monitoring, data management, patient queries and other administrative work
